Just a reminder. PLEASE bring your tickets to the Graduation Ball tomorrow.

We did issue them for security and efficiency sake.

Please present them at the Registration table upon arrival. If you do not have your ticket, you will be fined a small charge of RM20 :) So please bring your tickets! Thank you!

Vroom vroom!

Anyone driving to Marriot? Planning to spend a bomb on parking? NOPE. Marriott is offering CHEAPER than AsiaCafe prices! :)

Attendees only need to spend RM5.00 nett per car/exit with validation from the Concierge.

And if you feel like splurging, jockey parking service at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur is available at RM25.00 nett.

Parking Ticket Mode Of Payment:
Parking vending machines are located at strategic points, nearby the lift foyer for your convenience. Insert ticket into the slot and the parking amount levy will be display depending on the parking duration/hours. Make the necessary payment and a new Bar Code will be automatically printed on the ejected ticket, together with any balance of payment returned. Thereof, a 15-Minutes grace period will be allowed for vehicles to be driven-out from the carpark premises. A compound of RM50.00 nett will be imposed on each loss of ticket.

Good news everyone!

After prom night, some of you might want to stay over at the hotel but may have been hesitant due to outrageous hotel prices! Fear not! Marriott has decided to offer special accomodation rates to all attendees of the evening :)

Room rates are as follows:

Deluxe Room (King/Twin) RM380.00++

Junior/Studio Suite RM650.00++

- A prior notification of three (3) days are required for any room booking Cancellation and/or Postponement of Check-In Date or a one (1) night room charge per room will be automatically apply.

- For non-guaranteed reservation, the room will be released at 6.00pm.

- A deposit by terms of Cash and/or Credit/Charge card is required upon prior check-in.

- All room accommodation rate quoted is subject to 10% Service Charge & 5% Government Tax.

- This special room rates quoted are Not Inclusive of Breakfast.

- Check-In Time is at 3.00 pm onwards & Check-Out Time is before 12.00 pm.

- Early arrival is subject to room availability unless pre-registered and paid for the night before.
